Ruth has more than 15 years experience in marketing, sales, marketing research and HR consulting. Her previous positions encompass non-profits, agencies and consulting services.

Before joining HRMS, Ruth was an account executive with a Chicago marketing agency and a custom market research provider to the foodservice product manufacturing industry. At those organizations, she worked with major accounts on branding projects involving focus groups and survey panels.

Prior to moving to the Chicago area, Ruth was employed by The Soyfoods Council, a subsidiary of the Iowa Soybean Association. At the Council, Ruth organized and presented educational programs, helped create educational materials and recruited members for national advisory panels.  Earlier in her career, Ruth was affiliated with two Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) where she handled enrollments, conducted initial site safety reviews, organized educational programs and provided support to HR consulting projects for clients representing a variety of industries.

Ruth attended college in Davenport , Iowa , earning her B.A. in Business Administration from Marycrest College and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from St. Ambrose University . She is a member of DuPage SHRM.
