Gary has more than 20 years of experience in all areas of human resources and benefits administration. Prior to joining HRMS, Gary served as human resources director for an 18,000-employee national customer relationship management firm. He also has built and managed a human resources consulting practice for a national accounting and consulting firm.

Gary’s recognized as an industry expert in the development of cost effective and innovative business partner solutions to human resources and benefits administration issues, and is a frequent speaker at industry forums internationally.

He’s a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a former National Board member of the group, and has served as an active volunteer in SHRM. He is currently on the boards of Community Career Center and Fox Valley Partners with Industry. He also is an adjunct faculty member at several Chicagoland universities.

Gary is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University. He has earned his certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
