Christine has more than 20 years human resource management experience in the financial, transportation and technology industries.

Prior to joining HRMS, Chris was Director of Human Resources for ReView Video and the Clipper Group, where she was responsible for the overall management of the entire Human Resources function with an emphasis on benefits administration. Earlier, Christine was Training Manager for Merchants Bank, in charge of the development and delivery of various management training programs and responsible for providing overall generalist support to the Vice President of Human Resources.

She is a past president (2006-2007) and present board member of the Valley Human Resources Association and Christine is currently board member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Chris holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Illinois and a Masters from Aurora University.
