Glenn joined HRMS from Universal Technical Institute where he was admissions specialist. He worked with Dan Rigby for the first time in the 1990s, as Office and Administration Manager at America ’s Accumulation Corp. (the previous name of HRMS). During his tenure at AAC, Glenn performed a number of key administrative and sales-related functions. He interviewed and trained new reps and developed a cross-training manual for the employee benefits firm. He also generated payroll and produced monthly management reports and the annual operational budgets.

Earlier in his career, Glenn was director of field operations for an independent oil and gas company, which had its operation in northeast Ohio.  He also managed circulation sales for an internationally recognized publishing company and was senior customer relationship manager for THIEME Corporation. 

He earned a Bachelors degree in Communications/Economics from Northern Illinois University DeKalb, Illinois.
