Alice Elens, Controller Alice heads up the accounting function for HRMS. In her Controller position, she oversees financial statement preparation, financial analysis, cash management, payroll, tax planning and tax return preparation for the company. Alice also prepares monthly financial reports and maintains the relationships with the firm’s banks and insurance providers. She works closely with HRMS management team members on budgeting and forecasting, and is involved in the ongoing analysis and review of new business development efforts. |
