Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) provides Employee Benefits and Human Resources consulting and outsourcing services to businesses and municipalities throughout the country. We are committed to providing the highest quality service to our client companies in everything we do.

HRMS is compensated in several ways for its services: through consulting fees paid as a result of a specific consulting project; administration fees paid for providing on-going administrative service; and commissions generated from the sale of insurance and other financial products, including bonus compensation that is based on volume.

Consulting and administration fees paid to HRMS are determined through agreements with clients. The consulting and administration services provided by HRMS include: Human Resources Outsourcing; Benefits, FSA and COBRA administration; on-line communication forms and enrollment tools; performance management and compensation system implementation; employee handbook development and review; and employee-focused workshops on a variety of HR topics.

Compensation earned from the sale of insurance and financial products is determined and paid through agreements with product providers. Commission compensation varies by the type of product purchased. Insurance companies typically pay commissions to HRMS based on a percentage of the premiums paid by our clients. In addition, HRMS may receive financial incentives for educational and sales meetings or for joint marketing arrangements.

Our overriding concern is to make sure each of our clients has the insurance and financial products that best serve their specific needs. When we make a recommendation, we present clients with the reasons for that recommendation and provide them with an opportunity to review all the carrier proposals we received as part of the bid process.
